Jaime Harrell-Bilancione

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jaime has 20+ years of interpreting experience and has been nationally certified (NIC-Adv.) for more than 15 years. Earlier in her career, Jaime served bi-vocationally in a Deaf church as well as interpreting. As a result, she brings a unique perspective to her work, fostering connection and understanding in every interpretation while advocating for the Deaf community.

Armondo J.C. Bilancione

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

With 18+ years of myriad interpreting experiences (and all but two of those years holding NIC-Advanced certification) Armondo is passionate about enhancing communications between Deaf and hearing communities. He holds a degree in Information Technology from RIT and a degree in ASL interpreting from NTID, blending technical expertise with a passion for accessibility.
